30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your Heaven's Glow light. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. This guarantee includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, which you may exercise without giving any reason.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Please include your order number with your return.
How to Start a Return
Email us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect (see below).
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — you won't pay anything for return shipping. Your statutory warranty rights under applicable consumer law are not affected.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. We may hold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof that it has been sent. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.

The fastest way to get a different design is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.
