Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 8–15 business days from the date of your order. During the busy Christmas season, delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer, so we recommend ordering early.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders to every country we ship to.

Where We Ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout, including the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address only before the order has shipped.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, or your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, please contact us and we'll help resolve it.
