This website is operated by Heaven's Glow ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Online Store

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and Prices

We make every effort to display our products, colors and lighting effects as accurately as possible. Because screens and room lighting vary, the actual appearance may differ slightly from the photos. Prices are shown in the store's currency and may change at any time; the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Orders and Contract

After you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm your order.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping

7. Returns and Refunds

You can return items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Refund Policy. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights, which these terms do not limit.

Please follow the instructions included with your product. Our lights are decorative items intended for indoor use unless stated otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

All content on this website, including text, images and our logo, belongs to Heaven's Glow or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
